Tasting notes Exterior: glossy dark chocolate, clean cocoa bitterness, crisp snap. First layer: toasted kadayıf strands in pistachio paste. Second shell: thin dark chocolate seal. Center: six velvety pistachio cream truffles — buttery, lightly sweet, nutty.
